One-on-one Pilates.

30 minute Intro session

A one-time 30 minute intro session. In the session, we’ll meet, identify your goals, and spend time on the reformer to evaluate your pilates experience. This is a great session for anyone who has never done Pilates to get an introduction to the reformer.

50 Minute Private Session

This is a private session ideal where Katie provides one-on-one guidance and support. You will be guided through a customized workout that addresses your needs and goals.
